We partnered with The Juilliard School (New York) on a multi-year engagement that included a Spektrix-powered ticketing and calendar platform and a full-stack Recital Management System integrating with several internal and third-party systems. The work replaced manual, error-prone coordination with a self-service platform built to perform reliably at scale, resulting in a 25% increase in ticket sales and a 10% rise in site traffic. We later replicated and localized the platform for Juilliard’s Tianjin campus, adapting it for a different market and infrastructure.

Recently, we’ve updated Django – a key component of the solution’s tech stack – from 1.11 to 4.2. Thanks to AI, we’re able to significantly reduce the timeline and effort required to complete this complex task (from weeks to days). AI helped analyze the code, spot potential issues, and, with the engineer’s supervision, implement fixes and updates.
