The work replaced manual, error-prone coordination with a self-service platform built to perform reliably at scale, resulting in a 25% increase in ticket sales and a 10% rise in site traffic. We later replicated and localized the platform for Juilliard’s Tianjin campus, adapting it for a different market and infrastructure.
