Warwick Arts Centre - Empowering audience connections with innovative Spektrix integrations and refined filtering technology This project marked our first integration of Spektrix. Using Spektrix iFrames, we custom-builta checkout journey that aligned with the brand and simplified the ticketing process.We transformed the checkout basket into a custom experience that pushed the limits of the Spektrix ticketing platform. The result is a highly personalised and on-brand basket experience that aligns with users' mental models. Ticket information is the top priority. The purchase summary stays in view. Also, relevant cross-sells and upsells are shown clearly without interrupting the user’s journey. This resulted in a 34% increase in upsell revenue.
